Artisanal Smoked Salmon Sides
Our Smoked Salmon recipes have been developed over decades. The Salmon sides take about a week to produce and are carefully handcrafted according to tradition. If you are purchasing full sides of Salmon for a party, family celebration, or travel, please get in touch with us a couple of weeks ahead so that we can guarantee availability and proper packaging for travel. Pick up at the business.
Special Order Fresh Truffles
We sell fresh European Truffles ONLY by prepaid order. You pay ahead to pick up later in-store at a scheduled week (allow a minimum of two weeks ahead per order). These wild, perishable luxuries are carefully located, grade-selected, and ripened in native European soils. We only import at the key time of individual truffle quality. You can then pick up your Truffle(s) in person at our boutique. They should be served within 4 days for ultimate enjoyment. We exclusively purvey top quality. Each season, these are EXTREMELY LIMITED in availability.
We ALSO regularly stock a range of preserved Truffle Products at the store. These are much more affordable, and make excellent Travel Gifts.
